Former North Carolina head men's basketball coach and hall-of-famer Roy Williams was honored at halftime of the Tar Heels game against NC State on Saturday afternoon in Chapel Hill. Williams addressed the crowd and watched as a banner bearing his name was unveiled in the rafters.
