Dre Bly Named 247Sports ACC Football Recruiter of the Year

247Sports released their college football conference recruiters of the year. UNC cornerbacks coach Dre Bly led the ACC with the Tar Heels big charge in Virginia, as 5-star offensive tackle Zach Rice and recruits George Pettaway, Tychaun Chapman, and Tayon Holloway all committed to UNC. Cornerback Marcus Allen was a coveted recruit from Georgia. (247 Sports)
