The No. 2 UNC women’s tennis team began its quest for a third consecutive ITA indoor national championship Friday against Ohio State in Madison, WI. North Carolina flexed its muscles against the No. 11 Buckeyes and earned a decisive victory to move on to Saturday’s quarterfinals. Elizabeth Scotty dominated in singles, taking her match 6-2, 6-0.
