UNC Softball Opens 2022 Season With Win Over George Washington


The UNC softball team opened the 2022 season with a 1-0 victory over George Washington on Friday in the first game of the Carolina Classic. Hannah George earned her 25th career win in the pitchers' duel, striking out three and allowing three hits and three walks in the complete-game shutout.
