All-Atlantic Coast Conference righty Robert Woodard allowed one run and six hits over his first career complete game, and third baseman Chad Flack went 3-for-4 with two runs batted in to lead No. 2 seed North Carolina to a 5-1 win over No. 3 seed Notre Dame Friday in the opening game of the NCAA Gainesville Regional at McKethan Stadium.
