With its season opener against Seton Hall rapidly approaching, the North Carolina baseball team held three spring scrimmages Friday and Saturday. WVU Potomac State transfer Brandon Schaeffer all but cemented himself as the Tar Heels’ Opening Day starter Friday. Shortstop Danny Serretti turned in his best offensive performance of the offseason.
