UNC QB signee Conner Harrell named High School Football America Player of the Year

After leading Thompson to back-to-back Alabama 7A state championships, Conner Harrell is the 2021 High School Football America National Player of the Year. Harrell, who is already enrolled at UNC, finished his career completing 385-of-537 passes for 6,478 yards and 84 touchdowns with 6 interceptions. He also rushed for 701 yards (6.3 avg) and 10 TDs.
