There's only one more week before the best Fat Tuesday party outside of New Orleans: The Mardi Gras for Homeless Children March 1 at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Kentucky. Grand marshal, Giovani Bernard, talks about returning for his 8th year at this important event even though he's no longer a Cincinnati Bengals player.
