UNC introduced Duke basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski before the game in Chapel Hill by announcing, “Coaching in his 41st game against UNC and his 43rd and final game in the Smith Center is Mike Krzyzewski.” The video boards also showed a photo of Hubert Davis, Roy Williams, Krzyzewski, and Duke coach-in-waiting Jon Scheyer before the game.
