High seeds UNC, Duke with a clean slate on ACC Tournament quarterfinal Thursday

North Carolina is considered by most to be an NCAA Tournament team. Coming off its most important win of the year and riding a wave of momentum, it's hard not to see UNC moving on to the next round against a team it's already beaten handily. The Tar Heels are a 4.5-point favorite against Virginia and are currently around an 8 seed for NCAA play. (WRAL Sports Fan)
