Marquette, seeded No. 9 in the East Regional, will face No. 8 North Carolina in the first round on Thursday. "North Carolina is a terrific team," MU coach Shaka Smart said. "I've seen them a bunch of times on TV. And we got to know that we have to be the best version of ourselves. (Armando Bacot is) a load. He's tough to handle around the basket."
