Sophomore Paul McNeil named Gatorade NC Player of the Year


Richmond High School sophomore shooting guard was named Gatorade North Carolina Boys Basketball Player of the Year on Wednesday. McNeil helped the Raiders to a 26-2 record and an appearance in the quarterfinals of the 4A state playoffs. McNeil averaged 24.5 points, 9.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.8 blocks, and 1.7 steals per game this season. (High School OT)
