In a game that lived up to the billing, No. 2 North Carolina staved off a furious late-game rally at No. 1 Boston College to win 16-15 (Highlights). UNC earned sweet revenge for a loss to the eventual national champion Eagles in the 2021 national semifinals. Andie Aldave, Sam Geiersbach, and Olivia Dirks led the Tar Heels with four points each.
