On Dec. 18, Saint Peters lost at Stony Brook, 64-63, dropping to 3-6 on the season. The worst was yet to come, though, as the Omicron variant tore through the Peacocks’ roster and put the program on pause for 28 days. With most of his players sidelined for nearly a month, coach Shaheen Holloway went to work revamping his coaching philosophy.
