Armando Bacot Named Finalist For Lute Olson Award

North Carolina junior forward Armando Bacot was named a finalist for the 2022 Lute Olson award on Monday. The Lute Olson National Player of the Year award is presented annually to the top player in division I college basketball. Bacot was the leading vote-getter for the All-Atlantic Coast Conference Team this season and earned first-team All-ACC honors.
