McDonald's All-American Game: Dariq Whitehead wins MVP, game night notes

Duke bound five-star came out firing away from deep early to put the East up big early in the 2022 McDonald’s All-American Game. They never looked back as they ran away and hid for a 105-81 win over the West in front of a crowd of 7,000 fans.
