Before this season began, Leaky Black, entering his third year in a starting role, was processing disappointment after not being chosen as a team captain. "Honestly, yeah, it really did hurt me," Black said. "I just took that personal. So it was like, 'Am I going to cry? Am I going to quit? Or am I going to get better?' And I feel like I stepped up to the challenge."
