No. 1 UNC Women's Tennis Downs No. 2 NC State, 4-3
Posted Apr 3, 2022
22 years, 11 months, and 26 days. That's how long it's been since NC State last beat the UNC women's tennis team. The No. 2 Wolfpack landed a few jabs on its home court Sunday but came up short as Elizabeth Scotty's clinching point gave UNC a 4-3 victory to improve to 21-0. The Tar Heels are the only unbeaten team in Division I women's tennis.
