Fans invited to welcome home Tar Heels at Smith Center Tuesday afternoon

The UNC men's basketball team and staff will return to Chapel Hill Tuesday afternoon after falling short in the national championship game, 72-69, to Kansas. Fans are invited to the Smith Center on campus, headquarters of the Tar Heel basketball program, to welcome the team as they step off the buses. The team is expected to arrive around 2:30 p.m.
