Justin Watts signed and faxed UNC’s copy of his National Letter-of-Intent Wednesday. On Thursday afternoon, a press conference was held at Jordan High School in his honor. Kim Annas, Jordan’s head basketball coach, read a statement from Roy Williams. “‘We’re all very happy with Justin’s decision to attend the University of North Carolina,’” Annas read. “This fantastic student athlete will do a great job at UNC both in the classroom and on the court."
