Ian Jackson is the No. 2 ranked basketball recruit in On3’s 2024 rankings. The 6-foot-5 guard from Bronx (NY) Cardinal Hayes was a featured player during this weekend’s first session of the Adidas 3SSB Circuit. “I have wanted to be one of the top dogs for a while,” Jackson told On3. “Now that I am ranked in the top five, I still got a lot of work to put in."
