UNC DL Tomari Fox loses NCAA appeal, out for 2022 football season


UNC will be without starting defensive end next season after the NCAA denied his appeal of a suspension for using a banned substance. Fox was suspended for UNC's bowl game vs. South Carolina after he tested positive for the banned substance. At the time, the school said Fox was unaware the pre-workout supplement was not approved.
