Solid pitching sends UNC Baseball into exam break with big victory over Liberty

With nearly a week before the next game, UNC Baseball Coach Scott Forbes used his top two starters, Max Carlson and Brandon Shaeffer, and they followed up good outings last weekend by holding Liberty in check. With the same sort of offense UNC has consistently put up, it meant a convincing 8-1 victory at Boshamer Stadium (Highlights) on Wednesday. (Tar Heel Tribune)
