Sam Howell isn’t a very emotional person. His offensive coordinator at UNC, Phil Longo, says Howell looks the same up 20 points as he does down 20. In three years together, he saw Howell pump his fist once. That’s why a sideline wink from Howell stands out so much to Longo.
