Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Zac Gallen is constantly working in a never-ending quest to get better, and his motivation comes from a lot of different places. "The window to play this game is so short. So I want to make the most of it while I still have the ability to play. Externally, the motivations come from people who said I wouldn't be able to do it."
