Sam Howell on Washington: 'I’m Super Fired Up To Be With Some North Carolina Guys'

Former UNC quarterback Sam Howell is ecstatic that he landed with the Washington Commanders, who selected him with the first pick in the fifth round of the NFL Draft. In D.C., Howell will reunite with former Tar Heels receiver Dyami Brown and linebacker Cole Holcomb. Brown became one of the best receivers in UNC history after Howell arrived in 2019.
