Pro and cons of Washington Commanders picking UNC football QB Sam Howell in 2022 NFL Draft

Once projected as the top quarterback in this draft, North Carolina's Sam Howell dropped out of the first three rounds, passed by across the course of the first 105 picks during the proceedings Thursday and Friday night. Then the fourth round’s 38 picks came and went Saturday, two punters and a kicker were picked, with Howell still on the board.
