Eight Women's Lacrosse Players Earn All-Region Honors From IWLCA

Eight UNC women's lacrosse players claimed spots on the 2022 IWLCA All-South Region Team, announced on Thursday. Six of the 16 members of the first team were Tar Heels: Scottie Rose Growney, Jamie Ortega, Ally Mastroianni, Emily Nalls, Emma Trenchard and Taylor Moreno. Caitlyn Wurzburger and Brooklyn Walker-Welch were on the second team.
