Charlie Justice is one of only four players to finish second in the Heisman Trophy balloting twice. He was a four-time All-America, won the 1948 Walter Camp Memorial Trophy, and was the 1948 National Player of the Year. At UNC, Justice ran and passed for 4,883 yards and 64 TDs. His total offense mark at UNC was broken in 1994 by Jason Stanicek. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
