UNC Football Coach Mack Brown Buys $10M Home On Figure Eight Island

Luxury home sales in the Wilmington area scored big recently when UNC head football coach Mack Brown and his wife, Sally, paid $10 million for a Figure Eight Island home. It's the highest price ever paid for a home in New Hanover County, according to Realtors and the N.C. Regional Multiple Listing Service. The property last sold for $2.15 million in 2016.
