Incoming linebacker transfer Noah Taylor (6-5, 235) is a two-fer for the Tar Heels: He is a talented player and he is a transfer from a division rival. Taylor was a three-year starter for Virginia with legit big-play ability; he had 13 sacks, 30 tackles for loss, 16 quarterback hurries, three interceptions, and 10 pass breakups during his time with the Cavaliers.
