Houston Texans promote Ronnie McGill to personnel director

The Houston Texans have promoted pro scout Ronnie McGill to director of pro personnel, per reports. McGill was with the New England Patriots as a scout, including for three Super Bowl-winning teams, before joining the Texans last year. A former University of North Carolina running back, McGill rushed for 2,393 yards and 24 touchdowns for the Tar Heels.
