UNC Baseball Commit Walker Jenkins Named Coastal Preps Player Of The Year

Not many players in Southeastern N.C. have ever had a better season than Walker Jenkins. The center fielder helped South Brunswick finish 25-5 and 11-3 in the Mideastern Conference. Jenkins finished with a .527 average to go with 13 doubles, two triples, 10 home runs, 18 stolen bases, 40 RBI, and 49 runs scored. He struck out only nine times.
