Five-star guard committed to Baylor on Wednesday, becoming the second piece to their 2023 basketball recruiting class. Walter, a 6-foot-5 wing from Texas who attends Link Year Prep (Missouri), chose Baylor over Texas, Auburn, and Alabama.
