Returning four out of five starters, North Carolina heads into the 2022-2023 college basketball season ranked No. 1 in some preseason rankings. Armando Bacot, Leaky Black, Caleb Love, and R.J. Davis comprise one of the most accomplished groups returning to college basketball, making UNC a strong contender for this season's national title.
