A Hall-of-Fame player, Dre Bly is carving out his own corner as a UNC football coach

Great players often stumble transitioning to coaching, but that’s another hitch that North Carolina cornerbacks coach Dre Bly has covered. Bly, who played at UNC from 1996-98 and is in the college football Hall of Fame, has become a valuable member of Mack Brown’s Tar Heels coaching staff. And he’s doing it with the same flair that he had as a player.
