Five-star wing Mookie Cook decommits from Oregon

Five-star small forward Mookie Cook dropped a bit of a bomb Wednesday. Ranked No. 5 overall in the 2023 basketball recruiting class, the 6-fooot-7 wing from Portland who played last season at Compass Prep in Arizona backed off of his pledge to home-state Oregon. Prior to committing to the Ducks, Cook had cut his list to Oregon, Gonzaga, and Kentucky.
