The United States has advanced to the semifinals of the 2022 World Lacrosse Women's World Championship following its 18-3 win over Japan on Wednesday night. UNC players have impressed throughout the championship. Marie McCool was named the player of the match, joining Ally Mastroianni and Emily Parros who have also earned the distinction.
