Theo Pinson Rule? NBA mulling harsher penalties for ‘bench decorum’ violators

One grievance listed in the NBA’s Competition Committee's proposal is bench players standing for extended periods during gametime, blocking the view of fans behind the bench. The harsher bench penalties could end up affecting the Mavericks should the proposal be approved, especially now that Dallas has re-signed primary violator Theo Pinson.
