Following the offseason departures of veteran linebackers Jeremiah Gemmel and Tomon Fox, junior Cedric Gray has immersed himself into a newfound leadership role. Throughout the offseason, the Charlotte native has strived to perfect his game and mentor the young players, all while learning a new system under defensive coordinator Gene Chizik.
