Josh Downs Named To Biletnikoff Award Preseason Watch List

Josh Downs, a junior wide receiver on the North Carolina football team, has been named to the 2022 Biletnikoff Award Preseason Watch List. Downs enjoyed a record-setting sophomore season in 2021 with 101 receptions and 1,355 receiving yards, both school records, and scored a touchdown in eight-straight games, one short of the school record.
