Justin Edwards is the No. 10-ranked basketball recruit in the 2023 class. The 5-star wing has averaged 15 points on 35 percent shooting from three playing for Team Final on Nike’s EYBL Circuit. Edwards will announce his commitment on July 24 and choose between the Tennessee Volunteers and Kentucky Wildcats, with Kentucky being the perceived winner.
