After months coaching changes, transfers, and pro decisions, the chaos has mostly stopped. That makes it a good time to look at the winners and losers of the college basketball offseason. Hubert Davis struck late in the transfer portal with Northwestern transfer Pete Nance. Overall, it’s hard to imagine a much better offseason for the Tar Heels. (Sports Illustrated)
