Elliot Cadeau discusses UNC visit, sets first visit with Texas Tech

College basketball programs have started to prioritize 5-star point guard Elliot Cadeau, who talked recently about his recruitment. "I set my first official up with Texas Tech on September 24. I was recently offered by UNC, and I definitely want to go down there and take an official visit. Coach (Hubert) Davis has been watching me. They are a winning program."
