T.J. Otzelberger has Iowa State recruiting at a very high-level. The Cyclones landed a commitment from five-star forward on Tuesday, about 48-hours after he helped lead Mokan Elite to the Peach Jam championship. Biliew becomes the third player to commit to Iowa State in the class of 2023 joining Milan Momcilovic and Jelani Hamilton. (247 Sports)
