When Rutgers cornerback Manny Collins intercepted North Carolina quarterback Joe Dailey with 1:52 left on Sept. 2 two years ago, sealing a 21-16 season-opening loss for the Tar Heels, it marked a clear crossroads for both football programs. Tonight's game could be another crossroads.
