Seven years later, everyone still remembers where they were. Mike Teel was only ten miles away. North Carolina head coach Butch Davis was preparing for his second-ever game as an NFL head coach in Cleveland. The horrific images of September 11, 2001 may have faded slightly in the minds of some, but the details of that day are still fresh in the minds of those that will be on the field of Rutgers Stadium tonight.
