An early 11-day break for North Carolina will end tonight with a rare midweek game in demanding conditions. North Carolina will venture outside Chapel Hill for the first time this season to play Rutgers at 7:30 p.m. in Piscataway, N.J. Senior safety Trimane Goddard said he welcomed the break, so that the Tar Heels could make adjustments for its first appearance this season in front of a hostile crowd.
