Ten 2023 basketball recruits deserving of an additional star

A lot has changed since the last basketball recruit rankings for the 2023 class. As we begin discussing what the new rankings will look like, I look at ten players who helped themselves throughout this spring and summer and are deserving of another star. Four-star Duke point guard commit Caleb Foster has become one of the better scorers in the class.
