Rutgers will study the YouTube clip of Brandon Tate's return against Notre Dame and try to avoid the same embarrassment. Though that's no easy task. In his four seasons in a Tar Heels uniform, Tate has become arguably the game's top return artist. He needs only 197 combined kick return yards to break the all-time NCAA record of 3,455 set by Deltha O'Neal at Cal. (NJ.com)
